Kaye 21 Kids Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays, via USPS mail. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped.

Kaye 21 Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS shows it has been delivered. Please contact your local post office for help with recovering lost or stolen packages.

Shipping rates based on order total:

• $1 - $25.99: $5.99
• $26 - $75.99: $7.99
• $76 - $124.99: $9.99
• $125 or more: FREE shipping

Local Pickup

Local pickup for Houston County residents and surrounding areas will be available during checkout. Pickup will be offered once a week, on Saturdays, from 6:00 to 6:30 pm at a preselected location in Perry, GA. The specific location for pickup will be emailed out to the email address provided during checkout. Orders with local pickup chosen will not be shipped and you as the buyer agree to meet at the seller’s designated location.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

Undeliverable and/or refused packages will be sent back to Kaye 21 Kids and are subject to the return shipping costs. Packages will be re-mailed once return shipping costs have been paid. If you no longer want the item you will receive a store credit, minus the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
