Kaye 21 Kids Return Policy

We hope your shopping experience at Kaye 21 Kids exceeded your expectations and that you found things you and your little ones love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do all we can to make it better for you. Please see the guidelines below for information on our return policy. Return Guidelines

  • Merchandise may be returned for store credit - we do not offer refunds.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All returns must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached, and in original packaging. Any returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned and are subject to additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
  • Holiday items cannot be returned within 2 weeks of the holiday. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Download our return form and include it with your return. Please make sure to fill out the form in its entirety. Returns with missing information may delay the process. 

Once your item is received, please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed. You will receive an email from us once your return is complete with information on how to access your store credit.
